Dick Ostrander
Dick started the agency in Franklin in 1979 within months of graduating from Holy Cross College in Worcester MA. Having grown up in Franklin, Dick remembers entering the brand spanking new Franklin High School as a freshman in Septemeber of 1971. He graduated from FHS in 1975 after playing three sports in high school. He studied economics at Holy Cross and was a member of the baseball team. He still enjoys being around the ball field, especially when watching one of his three sons play.
Unlike most insurance agents, Dick doesn't golf. So, if you would like to meet with him or dicuss an insurance matter please make arrangements to contact him at the office because you won't find him at the golf course.
Sherry Conlon
Sherry is a vital member of the agency. For 18 years, Sherry has worked in the Franklin location. She is the first face and voice you are likely to meet when you work with us in Franklin. Friendly, professional, and well-qualified to give you the information you want in a timely manner is her trademark. Sherry is also a pro at the Registry of Motor Vehicles, where she typically visits every Wednesday for our customers in need of Registry service.
Lorraine Long
Lorraine has 19 years of experience with the agency from our Bellingham location. Lorraine manages the office in a comfortable fashion, keeping the business relationship that you have with us as enjoyable and personable as possible.
